Mr. Rinkus has over 20 years of experience as a litigator and transactional attorney focusing mainly on the areas of Real Estate, Business Law, Consumer Affairs and Criminal Law. He is licensed to practice law in all Federal and State Courts in the State of New Jersey. His consulting work with Mattleman, Weinroth & Miller for their LegalShield members helps to bring access to affordable legal help to everyone. Mr. Rinkus served as a Judicial Law Clerk with The Michigan Tax Tribunal and The Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division. He also served as a volunteer mediator with the NJ Superior Court Small Claims Division. His teaching experience includes private piano instructor as well as adjunct professor of law at Atlantic Cape Community College. Mr. RInkus has also served his community as an elected member of his local school board.
