Rae S. Campagnola, Esquire has nearly thirty years of experience as practicing attorney, consultant, litigator, and general counsel in the areas of business law, insurance, commercial and corporate litigation, personal injury, and family law and child advocacy. Licensed in both Pennsylvania and Delaware, Rae spent much of her early career working in Philadelphia litigating workers’ compensation, personal injury and insurance defense cases in Pennsylvania. She joined Mattleman, Weinroth & Miller as a Legal Shield Attorney in 2021. Rae proudly serves as Adjunct Professor in the Legal Studies Program at Widener’s Delaware Law School, her alma mater, where she teaches Legal Research & Writing. She also teaches at the University of Delaware’s Paralegal Certificate Program, where she has been honored with the “Excellence in Teaching” Award. Ms. Campagnola received a bachelor of science (B.S.) from Juniata College in political science and business management, and a juris doctor (J.D.) from Delaware Law School at Widener University. She is a dedicated animal rescuer and advocate, with a love for her family, the great outdoors and gardening.
