We are excited to announce that, Dominique J. Church, Esq., of Mattleman, Weinroth & Miller, P.C. will be presenting at the Group Legal Services Association’s Conference in Tampa, Florida this upcoming Spring, 2019.
The GLSA is a professional membership association that strives to promote access to quality legal services by providing important information for attorneys, plan administrators, plan trustees, employers, and consumers, alike. Dominique is part of a panel discussion and will be amongst three other attorneys – all from different states. The discussion, entitled, “What Millennials Want as Clients and as Attorneys,” will touch on how we as lawyers can best address the changing legal market. More specifically, the panel will address how millennials, as the biggest living generation in U.S. history, are poised to redefine the economy. The panel will further delve into the truths and myths related to shifts in millennial buying behavior, to better grasp the needs and wants of this generation and to tailor both the legal and the customer service experience we need to provide to these younger customers.
