Ms. Nechemia joined Mattleman, Weinroth & Miller, P.C. in 2017 and concentrates her practice in general counsel services. She has experience representing business entities from inception to sale, including entity formation, contract drafting, contract negotiation, transactional document review, matters of compliance, dispute resolution and agreements for the purchase and sale of business assets. She is involved in general transaction business matters, real estate development and transactions, commercial lender relations, and mortgage loan refinancing. Additionally, she has represented real estate developers and homebuilding companies, as well as real estate investors, providing due diligence in divorce transactions and strategic business support for day-to-day operations. She is also engaged in landlord-tenant law, and commercial and civil litigation.
Ms. Nechemia earned her Juris Doctor in 2017 from Rutgers University Law School, her Masters of Business Administration from Rutgers University School of Business in 2017 and her Bachelor of Business Administration from The George Washington University School of Business in 2011, where she was Alpha Epsilon Phi. She is admitted to the bar in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Ms. Nechemia was raised in Cherry Hill, New Jersey as the youngest child of five siblings. She currently lives in Philadelphia with her husband, Ben, and enjoys spending her spare time reading and traveling.
