Colleen Bianco Bezich is a member of the firm’s Real Estate, Land Use and Municipal Law practice groups, as well as serving as general counsel to numerous business entities, particularly in the arts, events & media industries. She joined the Firm in the spring of 2020.
After graduating from law school in 2010, Ms. Bianco Bezich worked as an associate in the Real Estate & Government Affairs practice groups at Brown & Connery, LLP. She then launched her solo practice, BezichLaw/Legal Counsel for Creatives, in 2014. Ms. Bianco Bezich’s reputation as a creative economy thought leader & arts advocate has led clients from as far as Hawaii & the United Kingdom to consult with her on matters such as business start-up, contracts & intellectual property, and to invitations to speak at numerous industry conferences. Ms. Bianco Bezich founded and continues to serve as an executive producer & general counsel for Five Story Media, which counts American Airlines, the Philadelphia Eagles, the City of Philadelphia, NRG, and Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House among its clients.
While representing creative entrepreneurs is a significant part of her practice, she also regularly handles landlord-tenant, land use, real estate, redevelopment, rent control and municipal matters for private & public sector clients throughout the State of New Jersey. Prior to practicing law, she worked for several years as a municipal manager and economic development consultant.
Ms. Bianco Bezich has always valued public service, and currently serves her community of Haddonfield, NJ as a Borough Commissioner and Director of Public Safety & Public Affairs. She is also an active member of the Haddonfield Celebrations Committee, which plans large-scale civic events for the entire community. Ms. Bianco Bezich serves on the Supreme Court of New Jersey’s District Ethics Committee, which investigates allegations of unethical attorney behavior. Her philanthropic efforts also include advocacy & fundraising for the Alzheimer’s Association, handling pro bono matters for Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts (PVLA), as well as serving on the Board of LUCY Outreach in Camden, New Jersey. When she isn’t practicing law or behind the scenes on a production, Ms. Bianco Bezich can be found crafting or reading with her son, Luca; or planning their next family adventure with her husband, Anthony.
