John Stephenson, Esq.

I joined Mattleman, Weinroth & Miller, P.C. in 2016, working within the firm’s Estate Planning Department.  In this capacity, I routinely draft estate planning documents as well as handle probate and litigation matters for clients.

Prior to joining Mattleman, Weinroth & Miller, P.C. I served as a Judicial Fellow serving under the Honorable Charles Ehrlich in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas – Criminal Division.  As a Fellow, I analyzed and reviewed appeals of Judge Ehrlich’s decisions in criminal law cases.  While in law school I represented victims of domestic abuse at the Pace Women’s Justice Center and served an intern for Fidelity National Law Group.

I earned my J.D., cum laude in 2014 from Pace University School of Law and my B.A. from Ursinus College in 2009.  I am admitted to the bar of New Jersey.
